Lockton Global FI has once again been named 'Best Insurance Broker' at the prestigious HFM European Services Awards 2020, awarded for its standout results in the hedge fund sector.
The HFM European Service Awards, now in their 11th year, aim to recognise and reward hedge fund service providers who have demonstrated exceptional client service, innovative product development and strong and sustainable business growth over the past 12 months.
Key to Lockton's success in the sector during 2020 was a continued investment in supporting clients. The launch of the Global FI digital portal has brought new opportunities to clients whilst being supported by unparalleled risk management advice from associates. The investment into servicing our clients has been paramount in helping navigate these turbulent times and has facilitated us to achieve an amazing 97% client retention rate.
